Bicycle Helmet Black with Silver Review

I've got a big head and so I was worried about this fitting since all it said was: "Size: L, can be properly adjusted"

Other helmets had measurements in cm for the circumference of your head. I measured my head, found a different "L" helmet that said it'd fit my size and took my chance with this "L" helmet. It fits perfect.

A different reviewer mentioned that a part of the plastic visor was broken. Knowing this happened to them I opened mine very slowly and attached the visor immediately. No broken plastic for me. It did come very well bubble wrapped, so I'm wondering if that other person's plastic visor just came broken.

It's comfortable and it looks good. Exactly what I wanted and cheap. Thanks

Update: took off a star because it's actually size 'M/L'. I've got a big head and I had to set it to the biggest setting. At times it pulls tight, but I guess your helmet should be on securely. Taking off the star because it's not a size 'L', it's a 'M/L' according to the sticker on the inside of the helmet.

Pearl iZUMi Women's Elite Barrier Cycling Jacket,True Red/Black,Large Review

I have worn this coat in the rain and cooler temperatures (40 degree weather). It has kept me warm and dry. I love the design and the fact it is reflective in the back as well. Easy to store in a back pack or a pannier for the "just in case" weather. I am not sure if I would spend $80 on this again, but I really like the coat! We will see how it is in colder weather. It is SNUG but that is the way should fit. Just be prepared that it is a little snug but I would not order any other size than my own.

Bumbleride Indie Stroller - Fog Grey Review

When I got this stroller in the mail, I was surprised at how beautiful (that is, not cheap looking at all) and sturdy it was. There are downsides though. Here are the pro's and con's that I've found with it (I spent a lot of time researching strollers, at one point I had 18 stollers and features laid out on a spreadsheet, but I am also very picky):

Pros:
- It is beautiful, I get lots of compliments and people asking where I got it
- It is relatively light (I can get it in and out of the trunk of my SUV without breaking my back, for reference I am 5'2, 120 lbs)
- Not a one-handed fold, but still very easy and has a carrying handle on the underside
- Lot of storage underneath (can fit my humongous Jujube Be Prepared Diaper Bag, halfway full)
- Big canopy (protects my daughter's pale face from the sun) has UV protection built into the canopy
- Made with recycled materials (Can't remember exact amount though)
- Adjustable, foam padded handlebar (doesn't telescope)
- Large window in the canopy (black mesh with velcro, I hate the clear plastic because those can warp in the heat)
- Fully reclines (I love this feature!)
- Leg rest thing can be pushed up all the way to the bumper bar, preventing pacifiers and small toys from rolling onto the floor
- Comes with bumper bar and cup holder (I don't use the flimsy cup holder though)
- Wide seat, I can probably use this till she's at least 4 years old.
- Seriously, this stroller might as well be pushing itself (even on grass, this pushes with minimal effort)
- Moderately compact when folded up (fits in my 2012 Ford Explorer and even in my husband's 2012 Camaro (but just barely)

Cons:
- Doesn't go fully upright (baby tends to sit up all the way towards the bumper bar, and the straps that go over her shoulders don't go all the way out to allow her to do this, so I just buckle the ones across her belly, I imagine this might be a problem once she gets bigger, that the straps would be too tight)
- Strap recline is really annoying, I have to get under the back of the seat to hold the strap at just the right angle because if you don't the strap gets pinched in the clip and the clip gets stuck, and the seat won't recline, this might be a deal breaker for me, because I need to recline the seat when my daughter falls asleep or make it upright when she wakes up and it is such a struggle WHY CAN'T THEY PUT IN A ONE-HANDED RECLINE???
- It is a bit longer than normal, so when I make turns with this stroller, the front wheel will sometimes hit the wall or a chair. I have not had this problem with previous strollers. I don't see any damage to the front wheel though

I am considering returning this because of the ANNOYING strap recline, I am tired of struggling with it, but it is otherwise a great stroller. I am almost mad at Bumbleride for not putting in a one-handed recline. Hope this helps someone making the choice!

This is a great video. I find myself getting bored with video workouts after a short time, but this one is very challenging and keeps you on track because you can see and feel results. The CTS coach is encouraging and helpful. This is a great buy for cyclists wanting to stay in shape over the winter or to gain ground in fitness while indoors. I would highly recommend it.

Profile Design Aero Bridge (Black) Review

I bought a Profile Design T2+ DL Aero Bar setup. My GF liked it so much we bought a second pair for her bike. Prior to installing the aero bars on my bike I had a light, reflector and watch mounted on my bars. The default bridge with the aero bars is flat and wide and not rounded to allow things to be easily mounted on it. Light and reflector are mounted upside down on bars. I found this bridge and thought this would be a simple solution to put my watch at the forefront of the bridge where I could easily see it.

The original flat wide bridge is 4" wide. This replacement rounded bridge is 3.5" wide. Had this replacement bridge been the same 4" as the original bridge or even a little wider I would have kept, but 3.5" is too narrow and I returned.

The product itself looked solid. I never opened/installed/used to comment too much on the product. One review mentioned the holes and air flowing through creating a whistle. I had all intentions of taping the bars/bridge after install so this would not have been an issue for me.

Torker DX Unicycle Seatpost 25.4 x 400mm Black Review

I'm very satisfied with the seatpost and it does everything it stated. It's compatible with my Torker Unistar XL and the 4 bolt saddle that I put on. Works beautifully.

Just a warning to other unicyclists. This seatpost arrives very long. It will only go down so far before it has no place to go. I'm 5'7" and it was way too tall for me at the lowest point. This can be solved by having it cut at your local bike shop (or cut it yourself of course). From then on, no problems. Happy riding!
