I am giving this product, which I have used for years, five stars. I ordered a six-pack of it through Amazon when my local bike shop stopped carrying it and I got tired of paying a big markup for special-ordering it.

I'll be as clear as I can: this is not, by a wide margin, the best bicycle chain / drivetrain cleaner out there.

It also is not, by a wide margin, the best bicycle chain / drivetrain lubricant out there. I'm not sure what the best lube is, but this isn't it.

Here's what it is: a phenomenally effective "1-step cleaner and lubricant," just like it says on the can. If you're out in the woods with your mountain bike and your chain is all gritty or gummed-up, blast it with this stuff and it will ride like a dream for 10-20 miles. Give the chain a *real* cleaning when you get home. This is great, great stuff for when you're short of time and you just want to get moving on your bike.

I predict that I will go through the whole five-pack (I gave a can to my son, who doesn't "do" bicycle maintenance but uses one of my old bikes to get to school sometimes) just this one season.

I love this stuff, and you will too.
