The first seat cover I purchased was too small, so I sent it back. Thankfully Amazon has a great return policy. The first one had no dimensions in the product information section nor did it state a size any place else. This seat I noticed clearly says LARGE, so I am going out on a limb and hoping this one fits my girls 24" cruiser style bike. I will take some dimensions and post here if this seat cover actually fits. Overall it's a well made product but not as heavy as the first one that was too small. I'd say pay attention to the shipping weight here, the heavier it is the thicker the gel pad is.

PS. Wow I got the seat cover in two days! It fits like a glove. My seat size for afore mentioned bike was 11 x 10 x 3". It really needs to be stated clearly in the product information for all bike seat covers! This probably won't fit an adult sized cruiser style saddle seat. This one just barely fit and should stretch out just a tad which will enable me to tighted the drawstring. Exactly what I wanted to cover up an ugly white seat on a new bike.

Serfas Connector Grip, Black Review

This is the second set of Serfas silicon grips I've used. In my opinions, Serfas makes the best grips on the market; when installed correctly they never move, they have plenty of stick so hands don't slide, and they cushion perfectly-enough to take the edge off without loosing feeling of the trail. They also seem to have a few seasons of life before wearing down enough that they are slippery for bare hands in the wet. For reference, I ride with carbon bars.

The key to a slip-free install is first cleaning the bars with alcohol. Then put the grips in hot water and push/twist into the bars. To remove, pull up the inside edge and blow out with compressed air. This will get the grips off in just a few seconds without damage to either them or the bars.

No Tubes 29er Tubeless System Fits Salsa, Bontrager and Most 29" Mountain Rims Review

After putting up with flats and the extra weight, I took the plunge and bought Stan's conversion kit along with two new tubeless mountain bike tires. I also watched Stans videos as well as several others on youtube a couple of times each. I considered buying tubeless rims, but given the price and that I'm a weekend warrior at best, it seemed a little much. Instead I learned to subtleties of tubed to tubeless conversion and got a little dirty.

The rim strip, that looks like an inner tube except it's just a flat strip, would not allow me to put on the tubeless tires. With the rim strip I was able to use my old tubed tires, but the weaker sidewall compared to the tubeless ones [which have fairly uniform thickness through the tire] had me nervous. To get a seal soap suds are needed as shown in the video, to seal between the tire and the wheel as well as make visible leaks, as well as a high air volume floor pump or compressed air [the one at the gas station worked for me]. Once you've gotten to the "Stans goop in the tire" point it needs to be sloshed back and forth as shown in the video and allowed to sit flat for several minutes on both sides to seal the side walls since once the wheel is vertical there's not goop up against the sidewalls. Any tear in the sidewall will render a tubed tire unusable for conversion for tubeless.

To get the tubeless tires on my rims I found that by not using the rim strip and removing the thin tape covering spoke nipples, cleaning the inner surface as shown on a Stans video, the rim tape allowed me to seal the holes and a stans valve stem sealed the stem hole. With this slightly smaller amount of material in the wheel groove I was FINALLY able to get the tubeless tire on my none-tubeless wheel and seal it with air.

In short for tubeless tires on tubed rims use ONLY rim tape.

For tubed tires use the rim strip.

I bought two of these panniers (I'm saying in the French way in my head because I'm really fancy) in hopes that I would one day be able to fill it up with adorable puppies while I bike ride. However, that dream has not come to fruition, but the baskets have been sturdy enough and large enough to hold items on many grocery trips or journeys across the city. I've loaded them down with a questionable amount of weight and they've held their own. They're not waterproof, but they dry quickly and won't degrade when wet.

They're extremely durable, easy to use, and probably will get stolen if you leave them on your bike. You could probably zip tie them to the rack. I do wish there were hooks so I could attach a bungee to make sure things wouldn't fall out though.

Here are some ideas of things you can put in the panniers:

1. Fruits. Lots of fruits. Apples, oranges, pears, bananas, kiwis. No watermelons! No scurvy on your watch!
2. Paper and books. Show everyone how smart you are! Choose titles that will let people know you're serious, like the History and Diagnosis of Microphantobacteriology rather than 50 Shades of Grey. Look how impressed you are already! Microphantobacteriology isn't even a real word! (Wear thick glasses while riding for EXTRA SMART POINTS)
3. Puppies!
4. Kittens!
5. Kale! Organic locally sourced kale! Yummmmm KALE!

NiteRider Stinger Taillight One Color, One Size Review

I'd recommend passing on this tailight.

THE GOOD:Love the ease and flexibility of mounting with the stretchy silicon band. Quick, easy and doesn't slip. using the lens as the on-off switch is simple and easy.

THE BAD: Only two gripes. The light isn't very bright and replacing the battery is almost impossible. There is no easy to remove battery cover. Really dumb design. Odds are you will end up breaking the cover or your nails trying to pry it off.
