We received this bike rack as a gift, and judging from the picture on the box, I wasn't sure whether it was a quality rack or a cheap piece of junk. Thankfully, it was the former -- and easy to install on my SUV thanks to great instructions. I had it hooked up within a few minutes and it transported 2 adult bikes nicely with no problems whatsoever (holds up to 3). It connects by 2 top, side and bottom straps on each side of the unit. Disassembly took about 30 seconds as well. Based on one trip so far, I can confidently recommend this bike rack.
