My son uses this inside his monofin for swim training. This is longer than other toe covers he has used, so stays in and not falls off. The material may not be spongy like some of the other ones but good enough to protect foot from getting sore and painful from rubbing against the monofin straps. Becasue the hole on the sole is small, it really does stay on firmly. My son used a 'Blueseventy' toe cover before we purchased this. This one is by far a superior product and better value for money as well.
