My son's bike had a slipping gear shift, and we'd actually stripped the gear a bit, trying to tighten the factory shifter.

This was a simple solution. Fit and finish were perfect. It looks fantastic - better than stock. It took about 2 minutes to install, easy to adjust, and even got a good bite on the somewhat-stripped shift gear. It hasn't had an issue in the year I've had it - still looks great, still performs as it should, and he's not too light on the shifting.
