It doesn't say in the listing but I think this is 9x10" (10x10 max). My beach cruiser seat is @10x10" or 10x11" but happily, this was plenty stretchy enough to wiggle on and secure. Turns out I prefer these fit tighter rather than than looser (it's not straining at the seams or in danger of tearing or anything like that; far from). I had one of these years ago by a different maker which did not fit as well as this. My old cover slid around while I rode; this doesn't. This adds extra comfort to what was already a decently comfy standard bike seat, but my original wasn't very cool (temperature-wise) or ergonomic. This says it's anatomically curved for comfort and it seems to be. It's also made of a thick spandex-like fabric that stays cool, too. It has an "air flow" channel in the center that seems to do its job. It's solid black and goes well with my red and black bike. I love it and recommending to friends who tell me they've tried gel covers and found them "hard" -clearly they have not tried this one. I think it's worth the price and little bit of extra effort (if you're seat like mine is an inch or so bigger in diameter or you need/prefer a cover with a tighter fit). I opted to try this before swapping out my seat entirely and glad I did. Happy riding!
