This is an early review, but I just installed it last night and everything looks good. The basket seems to be very high quality and I like the closure over the top. Installation wasn't difficult so long as you have a hex key set, wire cutters, and a pair of needle nose pliers though the instructions could have been a bit more clear on how to route the cable. I'm curious to see how well the cable holds up under use. I have a 10lb dog and I tested with an equivalent weight, bouncing the bike up and down repeatedly and the basket seemed very solid, though I'm definitely going to test this a few times under real world conditions before I risk putting my dog in it. Setting the basket on the floor though, he had enough room to sit comfortably and he even curled up in the bottom a couple of times, so I would say it's the perfect size if I decide it can hold up to his weight on gravel trails. I may add some additional fastener just so the basket can't come off if things go wrong.

I gave it 4 stars for now, but I may move that up or down depending on how it performs. I'll update this review once I've tested it more carefully and spent some more time with it.
