I bought a pair of these to rejuvenate an old folding bicycle I was given, and they do the job just fine. Despite the slightly misleading picture, these ARE white walled tires, as advertised, and I think they're a more than adequate replacemet for the gum walled tires that were disintegrating on the old bike. The tread appears even, and they were a little difficult to mount, but they're great for the money.
