I was looking high and low for a seat pack that went down my seat post and not stick out back, so I could carry my repair & flat tire essentials without interfering with my rear rack bag.

The Topeak Mondopack with fixer does all this perfectly.

I got the large size (link below) and inside I put a road mini pump, Crank Bothers Speed Lever, two extra tire levers, a large multitool, a 700cx42 inner tube, a patch kit and my front light.
The amazing thing is that I can access the multitool separately from everything else. I can also take the pack with me (after locking up bike) with a simple unclicking of the fixer and seat post strap.

Everything is organized and accessable.
