Loaded AmX Signature Wheelset (Gray, 26-Inch) Review

I picked these wheels up to be backups for my trail bike when I saw them on sale, and they have been great. I love that the hubs are adaptable for most any axle, and the bearings are silky smooth. They have no noticeable deflection, a nice wide profile and roll so well I now use them as my main wheels on my hard tail and its a far better ride now. It's true that good wheels make a good bike great. My only reason for not going 5* is that the rim bed has a couple manufacturing artifacts the make me think a tubeless conversion would be a bad idea. I haven't contacted Loaded to confirm since it wasn't a big deal for the intended usage, but if they were my main trail wheels I would be disappointed - especially at the retail price for these guys.

Miir is an awesome company they do a lot of great work and do it in an efficient and productive way. The product is excellent, I've bought 3 Miir bottles for my wife, Mom, me and will buying one for my daughter as soon as she is old enough to carry one. The lids are incredible; screw on straight every time, one full turn is all that is needed to seal it and are exceptionally rugged. The bottles are light weight and tough. The opening is just large enough for most ice you find at restaurants and cafeterias but not so big you splash yourself while driving. All sizes fit into cup holders and backpack pockets and are equally adept at rolling around the floors of dingy vehicles or bouncing around in truck beds. I put everything from fruit smoothies to coffee in mine and it's never held a single flavor! Bought these for cycling during the fall/early winter. I've used them in 50 degree weather and they did an excellent job at keeping my arms warm. Anything below 50...you should probably just upgrade to a cycling jacket.

Sizing: I bought a Size Med. My arms are about 15.5 inches and they are skin tight. I probably could have gone with a large..but the Med still works for me.

FSA OS-190 stem, (31.8) 6d x 120mm - black Review

This stem, while very inexpensive, truly is quality. Nothing about it feels cheap. I don't have a postal scale or food scale, so I did not check the weight of it, but for the price, who cares about the weight. FSA really does make a quality product.

The only complaint I have is that the entire stem uses 4mm hex bolts rather than the larger 5mm hex bolts for the stem clamping portion. However, this may not be a bad thing, it is just different from what I am used to.

I bought this to replace my china made bike light ... this light is all about reliability and comfort , It DOES have a blinker mode , all you need to do is to Double Tap the button at the back and it will start blinking ... another single press to activate constant Low or high mode ... press and hold for 2 seconds and it turns off ... simple and elegant solution.

It could be a little brighter for my liking but I'm really fine with what it does. It runs on AA batteries so I can use my own rechargeable ones. Quality plastic has been used in its construction and I'm pretty sure it will last for few years at least on my handle bar . Thank you Cateye for another great product.

1 Cart (requires assembly-attaches to the Yeti)

I live in the Mid-Atlantic where the sun is unpredictable, but wanted a green generator. I purchased two additional Boulder 30's to maximize charge potential. However, the most I've got out of the four panels in one partly cloudy day is 40 watts of charge, which is scary as the panels are supposed to be 30 watts a-piece. I'll have to wait until a non-cloudy day to see what I can max out at and let you know...

Other than the small issues I've tested so far, this thing is pretty cool and self-explanatory, convenient load plugs and the top easily disassembles to test and/or replace the internal battery. The Goal Zero website said the battery has a 20 year life cycle, but that does depend on the amount of use it gets.

12/29-I did a run-down test with my refrigerator from full charge (average 110w draw). I got 16-18hrs (and I say that because I fell asleep and it was on, 3 hrs later it was off). So here's the rub, no alarm to let you know its drawing down like a UPS does. But the back up time was more than what I hoped for. The idea was to run the refrigerator and re-charge the Yeti with solar panels to keep it running as much as possible. I couldn't charge as we had a storm roll in with no sun, lucky I have electricity to use the power cord...

Pro's:
-Great for emergency use but not for overly extended periods of time where you can't guarantee having the sun for recharge. (Ideal for fair weather camping or occasional home use/outdoor parties).
-No need for gas, clean and quiet.
-Can be put outdoors while charging from the sun and kept indoors all other times. (I've even charged it indoors in my foyer that catches the sun in the morning)
-Convenient plug-n-play design.
-While the Yeti is very heavy, the handles and optional cart are a must! I can move it around by myself with the cart. Lifting is another story.
-The solar panels are made well and have mounting holes built in.

Con's:
-The display occasionally goes to zero output and the battery indicator doesn't update (but the output power is still on). The product card says to shut the output off and wait 60 seconds then it will correct itself, but if you just wait, it will come back, eventually. So they already know there's a problem with monitoring.
-No alarm for when the battery is about to die. It just shuts off, kind of like a gas generator, just dies.
-The USB section does not charge my Blackberry. I have to use the 120v plug to charge it. Otherwise, it does charge other USB devices fine (like iPhone).
-The Goal Zero array for the solar panels is not rated well. I didn't purchase it and need to make my own or wait for an alternative.
