Featuring three distinct lighting options, the included 2 AA batteries will power the Econom for up to 100hrs in the flashing mode and a recharging port allows you to upgrade to rechargeable batteries in the future. The high and low constant modes have a 7hr and 20hr runtime, respectively. A low battery indicator keeps you from getting caught in the dark.

I bought this to replace my china made bike light ... this light is all about reliability and comfort , It DOES have a blinker mode , all you need to do is to Double Tap the button at the back and it will start blinking ... another single press to activate constant Low or high mode ... press and hold for 2 seconds and it turns off ... simple and elegant solution.

It could be a little brighter for my liking but I'm really fine with what it does. It runs on AA batteries so I can use my own rechargeable ones. Quality plastic has been used in its construction and I'm pretty sure it will last for few years at least on my handle bar . Thank you Cateye for another great product.
