I really like these pedals because the Toe Clips help me propel my bike on the up-stroke as well as the down-stroke. They are a lot less expensive than Road Pedals but just as functional. You have to be careful with the bolts and screws; they loosen and come off the pedal after 3 months. Loctite glue helps solve the issue.
