This is the second set of Serfas silicon grips I've used. In my opinions, Serfas makes the best grips on the market; when installed correctly they never move, they have plenty of stick so hands don't slide, and they cushion perfectly-enough to take the edge off without loosing feeling of the trail. They also seem to have a few seasons of life before wearing down enough that they are slippery for bare hands in the wet. For reference, I ride with carbon bars.

The key to a slip-free install is first cleaning the bars with alcohol. Then put the grips in hot water and push/twist into the bars. To remove, pull up the inside edge and blow out with compressed air. This will get the grips off in just a few seconds without damage to either them or the bars.
