Academy has produced a winner if you're a fan of ancient warships. Historical accuracy aside this kit is easy to build and fun to paint. The plastic is rather soft for liquid glue and can melt quickly if you apply to much. So be careful when attaching the oars. The sails are hard plastic and easy to install. There are no decals provided so breakout the paint bottles for more fun. The base is very attractive and adds to the look. Overall a great kit to build and add to your collection. I rated this 4 out of 5 because of the accuracy issue.
