I love Topeak Racks for their slide rack mount and sturdy, utilitarian design.The rack was as advertised, but you can't attach a standard panier with a topeakj rack bag, Their office bag or any others attached.
For this you need the Topeak Super Tourist rack that has a lower side bar to hang Paniers. I have the MTX DX ag which is great, But if the Explorer Rack had more space between the bag track and the side rails to allow a Panier to fit when a Topeak bag was attached, them this rack would be perfect!
In short, I didn't know about the Super Tourist until after I bought this ToPeak Rack, so I might biter the bullet and get a super tourist instead.
Love my rack for most uses, Just would like the option of sliding on my Office bag and be able to run grocery paniers as well.
