Just like the other reviewer, the chain did not come in an OEM box. It came in a black box with a description label slapped on it. I'm not certain if it's an actual KMC chain. The markings do match my other Gold X10SL though. My other X10SL chain is terrific, smooth shifting, and much more quite than my previous SRAM 1090 chain. If it's real, it's worth it, 5 stars.
