I rated it 3 stars due to the sellers lack of specs in the product info and the specs are not listed on the packaging either. This is a tiny brake lever. It will not fit 26.0 x 42cm bars or other "bullhorn" style bars. Buyer beware! I had to manipulate these to work with my Origin8 Bullhorn Bars (I slightly stretched the clamp then bought a longer allen bolt). They still look pretty but have a feeling they won't be coming off those bars without destruction. They work great. I got my LBS to install a white brake cable to match the whole bike style. They work great. No loss of power or strength so far.
