This is a good video if you want to work out at home. The music on the video is generic. I'm really not a fan of getting off the bike to do squats after starting. Tension is one to five. Five being hardest. This is the breakdown of the video. Hopes this helps you make a better soundtrack.-Seven minute warm up.
-Sprint warm ups. 30 seconds (Tension 3): 30 seconds (Tension 1); repeat 3 times.
-One minute recover.
-Sprint through mud. 45 seconds (tension 2): 15 seconds (tension 5); repeat 5 times
-Get off bike for two minutes of squats.
-Back on bike for active recovery.
-Longer Sprints through mud. 90 seconds (tension 2): 20 seconds (tension 5); repeat 10 times
-Recover time then get off bike to do two minutes of squats.
-Heavy hauler. 20 hard revolutions (tension 3): 30 seconds (tension 5): 30 seconds recover; repeat 4 times
-Two minutes recover time.
-Build up Sprints. 10 seconds (tension 3): 10 seconds (tension 4): 10 seconds (tension 5): 30 seconds recover (tension 1); repeat 4 times.
Five minute cool down.
