I bought two of these tires to replace the rear tires that my kids had shredded by skidding on them. That was 9 months ago, and since then they've ridden a mile to school and back, every day, and this summer the kids toured on them. We all rode our bikes over 500 miles. Today I noticed the tire on my 7-year old daughter's bike still looks fine--like it will last years. But the one on my 9-year old son's bike will need to be replaced soon--He's been up to his old tricks, seeing if he can out-skid his best friend.
So... these are the cheapest tires I've been able to find that fit (iso 451) youth racing BMX rims--and they're absolutely fine for everyday use--especially for kids who use their bikes for more than racing. I'll be buying more of them.
