This is simply the brightest bike light I've ever seen, all in a compact lightweight package at a great price. It almost seems like overkill, but having had near mishaps in the past due to lesser lighting systems, I'll take all the light I can get. The MagicShine name is pretty cheesy, and reminds me of some cleaning product Billy Mays might have shilled on late-night TV. Being made in China, they likely thought this would sound really sexy - never mind, the materials and the engineering that went into this are all top-notch. The control button also has a color coded light scheme to let you know when the charge is getting low; if it turns orange, it either means you forgot to charge it beforehand or it's way past your bedtime. The only downside that I can remotely think of is that you could be blinded if you looked directly into this - if you're dumb enough to do that, and you ride a bike, I suspect natural selection will take its course anyway. Ride safe, wear a helmet, always assume the other guy is out to kill you, and use this powerful lighting system, and you should be night riding for many years to come.
