I always read reviews prior to buying an item and this wheel set deserves one. It is an insane deal, the hubs alone are worth 80-90$. The wheels themselves are very heavy duty, the spokes are thick guage. I am pretty sure they are DT swiss. They were packaged very nicely and came in almost to within 2mm laser true.

If you are a heavier rider or just ride on rough streets, you need these wheels. This would also be a great set of trainers for the racer to keep your ultra light (and fragile) wheels fresh for race day.

The machining on them is also very nice, the pads sit on a machined groove with a slot that will help with heat dissipation.

I love this set and hope that they are available at this price in the future if need be, but I don't think I will ever mess this set up like I did with the OEM ones I had.
